Helpful Spanish Phrases At The Airport
I am going to start posting Helpful Spanish Phrases Series. I am thinking about listing helpful phrases that you can use at the grocery store, airport, bank, etc… you get the point? So regularly I will post different phrases that can be used at different places; please feel free to ask any question and/or request any phrases that might be helpful to you in certain situations.
Today, I would like to start with helpful phrases when you are at the airport. I believe these can be very helpful when needing some assistance at any airport that you have to use Spanish to communicate.
Where is the gate? = Dónde está la puerta de embarque?
Where is the bathroom? = Dónde está el baño?
My name is (Henry) = Mi nombre es (Henry)
My last name is (Murphy) = Mi apellido es (Murphy)
Where is my luggage? = Dónde están mis maletas?
Here is my air ticket = Aquí está mi boleto
How can I get to gate A-1? Cómo puedo llegar a la puerta A-1?
What time does my flight departure? = A qué hora sale mi vuelo?
What time does my flight arrive? = A qué hora llega mi vuelo?
How can I find the American Airlines counter? = Cómo puedo encontrar la estación de American Airlines?
Can you please tell me where the restaurant is? = Me podría por favor decir en dónde está el restaurante?
Can you please tell me where the first class room is? = Me podría por favor decir en dónde esta el salón de primera clase?
Well these are few of the phrases I could remember, if you have any other suggestions or any other phrases you normally use frequently, please feel free to leave me a comment, so I can post them here.
Please keep visiting daily, I will try to keep this blog updated with new stuff daily. Also, one of my goals is to provide you with some audio, so you can listen to the pronunciation of words and sentences from a native speaker; I believe that would be very helpful to improve your listening skills and pronunciation.

Henry, thanks for visiting my site. I am just getting started learning Spanish for a trip I am making next winter. So, I will be visiting your website often.
Is there any way you could tell us the Spanish Phrase and then have a link that we could listen to the phrase? That would help me significantly. I learn better when I see and hear what I am supposed to say.
Thanks, keep up the good work!
